At MissTela, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Cut-to-measure fabrics

Due to the nature of our products, cut-to-measure fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. This is because once the fabric is cut, we cannot resell it.

Defective products

If you receive a fabric with a defect, you have 14 days from the receipt of the order to report it. In that case:

• Contact us by email, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the defect.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a refund of the amount paid.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by MissTela in the event of a confirmed defect.

Incorrect orders

If we have made an error in your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
